I gave a succulent workshop at the Van Dusen Botanical Gardens here in Vancouver and this was the results:)

On my way out I saw this picture. Inspiration for finishing my Demo...
I had only gotten to the partial felt as I was demonstrating different layouts and helping participants with their succulent.
Took a flower image and adapted it to my succulent technique:) There are limitless options for finishing, it just might take some patience and time:)

When it come to the circular layout and the pointy leaves, I can literally say that that tip is holding on by a few fibres (not to say a thread:)). Gentle intention and attention can felt it tighter and more solidly, but you can also pull off the bits that are too fragile and carry on working your tips. I don't just full to finish, I try to rub, pull and roll between my fingers to shapes each individual pointy leaf. If this is not your cup of tea, after fulling the bunch together, just take a few minutes to individually shape and sculpt your succulent. Don't they look great all together?! Good job.
